Send a client one secure link. They sign in with Google, choose the accounts your agency should manage, and the access is granted. No shared passwords and no "please add this email as a user" instructions.
Pick the client and the platforms you need. The link carries your agency's name and logo.
No account or login with us. The client sees one tile per platform.
Google's own consent screen shows exactly which permissions are requested.
The client selects the property, account, site, container or location. Nothing else is touched.
Your agency's email is added or invited with the role below, and the connection appears on the client record.
Each tile shows its status as the client works through it: pending, connected or failed. Clients can do one platform today and the rest later; the link remembers where they got to. If a platform can't be granted automatically, the page shows the agency email and simple manual steps instead.
Every platform is connected separately, with its own Google consent screen, so a client never grants more than the tile they clicked. Only the account the client selects is changed, and nothing is deleted.
| Platform | Google permissions requested | What happens after the client chooses an account |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | analytics.readonly analytics.manage.users | Lists the client's GA4 properties so they can pick one. Adds the agency's email to that property with the Editor role, and reads its reports for client reporting. Existing users are not changed. |
| Google Ads | adwords userinfo.email | Lists the Ads accounts the client can access. Sends a Standard-access user invitation for the agency's email on the selected account, and reads performance for reports. Campaigns and budgets are not changed. |
| Search Console | webmasters.readonly siteverification | Lists the client's verified sites. For the selected site, adds the agency as a delegated owner (Search Console has no user-management API), then reads search performance for reports. |
| Business Profile | business.manage | Lists the client's locations. Invites the agency's email as a Manager on the selected location, and reads performance (views, calls, directions) for reports. Listing content is not edited. |
| Tag Manager | tagmanager.readonly tagmanager.manage.users | Lists the client's containers. Adds the agency's email as a user on the account that owns the selected container. Tags, triggers and other users are not changed. |
Full details, including how this data is stored and how to revoke it, are in our privacy policy.
Every link is listed on the client's record with its status (pending, partial or completed) and the status of each platform. When the last platform connects, whoever created the link is notified, and the new connections feed straight into client reports and the client record.
| Platforms | Created | Status |
|---|---|---|
| GA4 · Ads · GSC · GBP | Oct 02 | Completed |
| GA4 · Tag Manager | Oct 06 | Partial |
| GA4 · GSC | Oct 09 | Pending |
The client signs in on Google's own page. We never see their Google password.
Only the property, account, site, container or location the client selects is changed.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. The hand-off between Google and account selection expires after 15 minutes.
Each connection attempt uses a fresh security code, so a link cannot be replayed to connect someone else's account.
The client can remove the agency's access at any time in the platform's user settings, and remove SimpleOnboarding from their Google Account.
Google data is used only to provide these features, never for advertising, and never to train AI models.
No. Open the link your agency sent, sign in with the Google account that owns your marketing accounts, and choose what to share.
No. The link adds your agency as a user on the account you choose and reads reporting data. It does not edit campaigns, budgets, tags or listing content.
Yes. Each platform is a separate tile with its own Google consent. Connect only the ones you want.
Remove your agency's email from the platform's user settings, or remove SimpleOnboarding from your Google Account permissions.
That usually means the signed-in Google account isn't an admin on that platform. The page will show the agency's email and the steps to add it manually.
